The GFM Glass Simulator provides a realistic reproduction of the glass flow which allows testing the GFM system with known flow parameters. By using the GFM Glass Simulator, testing can be made very realistic when tracking errors. As the test equipment simulates the flow, all basic functions, readings etc., can be checked.
Apart from improving the accuracy of the calibrated GFM camera used in the manufacturing, the Glass Simulator will also be of great help when the annual calibration has to be done, which is a requirement in most quality systems (for example ISO 9000).
